Answer: Processing times varies from 2-7 days, depending on the amount of orders to fill. It takes about 3-14 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped in the US. International shipping takes longer. It takes about 2-5 days to receive a tracking number.
Question: Why are you offering Free Shipping?
Answer: We understand that Covid-19 is hard for some people and paying for shipping is a hassle, thus shipping is free until November 1, 2020.

Answer: Payments can be made in the form of PayPal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Answer: We are an American-based business and we ship from our warehouse in US. Please expect packages to be shipped separately.

Answer: Most shirts are printed using 100% Ring-spun cotton soft tees
Question: How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush orders accepted?
Answer: It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 3-7 days. We offer rush service with shipping in as little as two days on many items. Question: My artwork needs some "touch-up." Is there a charge for that?
Answer: Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of "touch-up" that your design will require.

Answer: Direct to Garment and Vinyl.
Question: Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
Answer: There will be minimal fading, especially if you wash the products inside out. The print will last on the shirt forever, however there will be some fading over time. The benefit is that there will be no peeling!
Question: Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?
Yes! Our guarantee policy is very simple. If we make a mistake, we will refund your entire order or replace the product, hassle-free!
Question: Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Answer: Yes. We have discounts for businesses and groups of 5 or products.
